Resolution of an OPM dispute

I had a significant dispute with OPM concerning my annuity covering a 10 year period. I had two consultations with Ms Whitfield where she gave sound advice on how proceed. She was very professional and knowledgeable concerning OPM matters. Her advice was very helpful and OPM finally agreed with me. I... would highly recommend her services.

I Couldn't Be Happier!

After two years of fruitless document submissions to various government offices, I was left bereft and hopeless. Ready to consider abandoning my cause, I was eventually blessed with a referral to Lynette Whitfield. Lynette’s experiential knowledge was clearly obvious from our first meeting. ... No angry, divisive interactions with government agencies was required. Lynette knew exactly what needed to be done, who to direct instructions to, and how to facilitate a legitimate outcome in less than 3 months! The relief I experienced working with Lynette was nothing short of life changing! I couldn’t be happier, more relieved, or more grateful. Lynette’s knowledge and professionalism resulted in the perfect outcome for me. I am totally and absolutely grateful. Thank you, Lynette! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Survivors Benefit Issue

Once I contacted her, I got an immediate response and assurance that although OPM employees had told me, I was not entitled to a survivors benefit that was not true. She gave me the confidence to pursue the matter. Through her work, I did receive my benefit. She is great.

Former client

I could not be happier with the work and effort that Mrs. Lynette did to successfully resolve my case. I initially consulted with a few well known prestigious law firms. During their consultations, each law firm gave me the impression that my case was an easy win for them, and required a large retent...ion fee up front. After hearing the same sales pitch with a few more law firms, I was eventually referred to Mrs. Lynette. During my first consultation, she gave me great advice and was completely honest with me to the point where she refused to accept any payment until she was actually able to do something to help me out. Unlike the other law firms who told me what I wanted to hear so that I could pay them right away, Mrs. Lynette was very straight up with me. That made me trust her, and eventually when my case was ready to be worked, I reached out to her. I was amazed at how hard she worked to go above and beyond to assist me. She was very easy to get in touch with, and responded to my emails promptly. I felt like I had a close relative working my case who genuinely cared about helping me. Her knowledge and experience in federal sector labor laws, combined with her great attention to detail made me very happy and lucky that I had an attorney like her defending me.
