After the suddenly death of my mother and having to probate her Will, I figured that there had to be a better way to avoid the delays and costs of probate. In addition, I understand the consequences of not having a proper estate plan because I had to petition the Court to become guardian of my grandmother (mom's mom). As guardian, I had to apply to Medicaid to pay for her nursing home costs. While I was guardian of my grandmother for 5 years, I attended law school at night.
Over the last 13 years, I have used my personal and legal estate planning and elder law experiences to benefit my clients.

Amy is a fantastic lawyer, she helped me and my family at it's lowest point. If you have elder law problems, she's the one to visit. I can't recommend her highly enough...
