Unfortunately, I would not recommend this attorney. When I met with him to prepare my will, he and I did not get along personally. He seemed impatient and irritated at having to work with me. He refused to give me a PDF of my will to save. A year or so later (yes, a long time) I emailed three times asking a simple follow-up question: is my will filed at a courthouse, or do I need to do that? I don't think it would have required much time to answer but he never did. (If I don't handle my will properly, how will it be effective?)
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
