Biography
For over forty years, I have represented clients from all walks of life and helped them deal with intransigent insurance companies, hostile employers and angry spouses. I obtained my law degree from Gonville & Caius College in Cambridge, England. I was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court in England in 1974 and worked as a solicitor in London. I was admitted as an attorney in the State of Israel in 1979, where I worked in general practice. After moving with my family to the United States in 1991, I was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1992 and the Maryland State Bar in 1993. I am a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Maryland Association for Justice and the Montgomery County Bar Association. In 1997, I opened the Law Offices of Malcolm P. Herman in Rockville, Maryland and I have practiced law in Rockville since that date.
