Biography
LaVonne’s career in commercial real estate began in 1999 and includes representing national and regional landlords, retailers and the government of the District of Columbia in a wide range of complex shopping center, mixed use, new development, street retail, office and transactions. LaVonne also routinely counsels multi-family and residential portfolio investors in transactional and operational matters.
Prior to founding Torrence Law Office, LLC, LaVonne was on the team of lease negotiators for an international retail development and management company and an attorney at a mid-size commercial real estate law firm. LaVonne has also litigated unlawful employment practices cases in state and federal court.
