Jinhee Kim Wilde

Jinhee Wilde is the Principal and Managing Partner of Wilde & Associates, LLC. Ms. Wilde focuses on business and investment immigration matters. 

During her 29 years of legal career, Ms. Wilde has had a diverse and unique background, as corporate lawyer facilitating multi-million dollar, multi-national transactions, as a government prosecutor/attorney, and now 14 years as an immigration lawyer focusing on business and investment immigration practice. Ms. Wilde uniquely combines being a fierce advocate and personable adviser to her clients. As an immigrant herself, she really understands and empathizes with her clients. She develops a personal relationship with her clients and works closely with clients to develop comprehensive immigration strategies tailored for each situation and advises on short-term and long-term options for the clients.

A widely respected immigration lawyer and recently voted as one of the Top 25 EB-5 attorneys in the country, Jinhee Wilde is active in American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and chaired several committees in its DC chapter. She also chaired Immigration Section of the Bar Association of Montgomery County in Maryland. She is often invited to be a speaker for legal conferences and seminars on EB-5 and other immigration matters.

Ms. Wilde received her Bachelor Degree from the University of Chicago and her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.  Because she spent half of her legal career working as the government attorney, beginning as the Prosecutor for the City of Chicago, and then on as the Attorney Advisor, Special Counsel and as the Inspector General Designee for the U.S. Department of Agriculture before entering the private sector, she says she still has the government attorneys’ view on doing her cases. She was also a partner of several major DC law firms, such as Arent Fox, before opening her own law firm in Rockville, Maryland.
