This attorney has won my confidence! I had been procrastinating on the task of completing my will. So I signed up with Legal Resources, a benefit offered by my employer. When I finally got around to the task, I found Ms. Davis and her team to be knowledgeable, efficient and patient. they made the inf...ormation understandable and the overall process very easy, despite the COVID-19 crisis. Ms. Davis explained the pros and cons of my options, she answered all my questions and made recommendations based on my unique circumstances. I am very satisfied with the final outcome, and impressed with her practice in general. Ms. Davis’ assistant, Dax, is very efficient and processed all of the information in a timely manner. Erica Davis did a great job of reviewing all of our estate planning documents with us and advising us on the different options for "getting our affairs in order." She and her assistant Dax were excellent with follow-up and execution. A few days before we were to finalize and sign all of the document...s, we learned that our son's hockey game was rescheduled and was in conflict with the appointment to sign the papers. Ms. Davis was able to reschedule us to an earlier time and Dax made everything work which was really fantastic of them.

I met with Ms. Davis regarding an impending foreclosure in late spring, 2011. During this meeting, she expressed what appeared to be sincere concern about my situation and offered to help me as I faced what she anticipated would be a complex and difficult situation. After trying to retain her service...s, I was billed over $200 for what had been advertised as my initial 15-min "free" consultation. I paid the requested amount. However, she did not respond to multiple subsequent telephone or e-mail requests concerning a possible meeting with her. Without access to her counsel, I was unable to protect myself from actions taken by lawyers acting on behalf of my mortgage lender. I am disappointed by what struck me as her extremely unprofessional behavior.
