He regularly litigates in the federal and state courts of Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. In addition to representing people and businesses reorganizing in Chapter 11, Alan has extensive experience representing debtors, creditors, and bankruptcy trustees in adversary proceedings invovling preferential transfers, fraudulent conveyances, and objections to the dischargeability of debts.
