Biography
Concentrating his legal practice on transactional areas such as estate planning, real estate and probate, Bill provides a listening ear and a high quality of service to every client. He has extensive litigation experience and is able to provide sound legal counsel when disputes arise.
Prior to joining Stein Sperling, Bill practiced law in Montgomery County, Maryland, for close to 35 years. During those years, he built his reputation as an attorney who offers skilled legal representation with integrity, always putting the best interests of his clients first.
In addition to serving clients, Bill maintains an active speaking and lecturing schedule, making continuing legal education (CLE) presentations to lawyers and real estate professionals. He often participates in educational and informational events at local synagogues, churches and community centers, focusing on elder law, real estate law and estate planning.
Outside of the office, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.
