Rude, insulting and dismissive
When his firm made a mistake on my closing resulting in state withholding of thousands of dollars, he failed to make amends and just told me to wait and fails a return asking for a refund. He was rude, dismissive and insulting to me when I spoke to him about fixing the problem. No surprise. Google...
