My professional experience of more than 30 years as a corporate and business adviser initially began as a tax accountant/consultant in the tax department of the international accounting firm of Touche Ross & Co. (now known as Deloitte) and for the last 30 years has been as a business attorney.

As a certified public accountant, I have been in the position to offer my clients insights to help them maximize their wealth and profits and minimize their Federal and State taxes.

As an attorney, I have the experience to offer legal counsel as to the assessment, management and minimization of business risks.

And as a founding and managing partner of my law firm, I have had firsthand experience to make and implement business decisions that affect the delicate balance of return vs. risk.

It is more important now than ever to seek and achieve that balance and it is my goal to provide a balanced and integrated perspective to aide my clients and business relationships.

I also have the pleasure to serve on the Board of Directors of TransCen, Inc. () and currently serve as Treasurer. TransCen, Inc. is a non-profit dedicated to serving people with disabilities.
