Robert D. Roseman

Mr. Roseman works working with business entities both large and small, from owner-managed enterprises to large, publicly traded corporations. He is able to provide a full scope of corporate law and business services to clients in the Metro DC Area.

Mr. Roseman works with individuals, groups and entrepreneurs to form start up organizations including limited liability companies, corporations, s-corporations, partnerships joint ventures, holding companies and complex entity structures.

Mr. Roseman works with owners, developers, landlords and tenants with respect to the purchase, sale, financing, management, leasing and creation of the entity structure for the ownership of commercial real-estate.

Mr. Roseman works with individuals and businesses to prepare contracts and agreements to accomplish a myriad of objectives while minimizing, to the extent possible his clients' risk and exposure.
