Avoid Mr. Raj Sanjeet Singh and you’ll spare yourself a world of grief as well as saving your precious time and money. Mr. Raj Singh was hired to represent the company on a permanent residency application via employment for me. Mr. Singh got payment and all documents and information he requested in ...a timely fashion. Unfortunately, his work was not done in equally timely fashion and he had to be repeatedly contacted to finally produce and submit the application to the Department of Labor (DOL). Mr. Raj Singh prepared two different applications over the course of four years, both of which were denied because he was incapable of correctly preparing them. Several pieces of information were filled out incorrectly or incomplete on the “Application for Permanent Employment Certification” (ETA form 9089), so the Dept. of Labor denied them. Instead of acknowledging his mistakes, apologizing and fixing them, he blamed the political and economic climate, racism in the Dept. of Labor personnel, unclear Dept. of Labor’s instructions on how to fill out ETA form 9089, and even alleged client’s interference. Mr. Singh blamed everything he could to avoid accepting his mistakes. Even after he was confronted with the real meaning of the last denial, he shamelessly lied and instead offered a path of appeals all the way to federal court where he assured us he would “without a doubt” beat the government attorneys. The path he laid out was going to take several years (and, no doubt, generate fat and juicy fees for him without the slightest possibility of success because an application that has already been filed cannot be amended). After another attorney (with over 20 years of experience in in immigration law) went over the paperwork and confirmed the deficiency of Mr. Singh’s work, he was fired and the company went with different counsel who, with considerable effort, was able to successfully overcome the serious obstacles left behind by the wreckage of Mr. Singh’s incompetent legal representation. Please, heed my warning and stay away from Mr. Raj Sanjeet Singh lest he seriously damage or even destroy your case. As I said in the beginning, you will spare yourself a lot of grief, as well as saving your precious time and money.
