Patrick Galasso

Patrick Galasso is an Associate Attorney with Rismiller Law Group, concentrating on the practice of Family Law and Criminal Law. Before joining the firm, he worked for the District of Columbia Office of the Attorney General. There, he litigated numerous cases to trial and focused primarily on prosecuting quality of life and traffic offenses, including more than one hundred DUI cases.

Mr. Galasso obtained his Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School, where he worked toward developing a familiarity with litigation by means of his classes and active membership in the Mock Trial Board. As a law student, he engaged in nuisance abatement with the D.C. Office of the Attorney General, assisted in the prosecution of drug and gun possession cases with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, and prosecuted criminal offenses at the Prince George’s County State’s Attorney’s Office. After being introduced to Family Law through his coursework, Mr. Galasso spent time volunteering at the Family Law Self Help Center in the District of Columbia Superior Court.
