Green Card Application

Ben helped me prepare materials and submitted my I485 application. He is very professional, organized and detail-oriented. I am terrible with paper work but with Ben’s help, I didn’t need to worry about anything, and the whole process was very smooth. He answered all my questions patiently throughout... the process and communicated with me in a timely manner about any updates. He is the best immigration lawyer I could ever ask for!

Top notch service

I would give Benjamin six stars if that were an option. He helped us apply and achieve my wife's greencard, which we obtained a lot sooner than we had expected. He is extremely knowledgeable of US immigration law and guided us through the process very smoothly. He was always available to answer our q...ueries or concerns and would always reply immediately. One of the best experiences I've ever had dealing with legal services. I highly recommend choosing him as your immigration lawyer.

Patient, Responsive, and Kind

Working with Benjamin Hu has been a very positive experience. He is very knowledgeable on the immigration process and in my case applying for fiancé visa for my partner who lives in El Salvador. When knowledge meets care, it leads to competence.

You can get a lot of knowledgable lawyers, they have all seen your issue before. It takes care and sympathy to your case to know you are dealing with a lawyer who is competent, who combines great expert knowledge with the human care aspect; and that is what Ben is. I had a very difficult case in o...btaining an approval for my I-360 papers. In fact, it was more or less unprecedented and a lot of work had to be done that was not done before in similar cases. Ben was brought in to assist in handling the case, and succeeded alongside an expert to achieve what was regarded as a Victory to both the company I work for and the law-firm he was brought in for this specific case. He was always attentive to my questions, suggested things to be said or written to aid me in my case, and I felt safe enough as he spoke and advised in a way where you knew this Professional is actually putting himself in your own shoes when dealing with the case.
