This attorney is awfully incompetent and ignorant, and on top of that she tries to exonerate herself. I was on J1 visa and my then future employer hired her to process my H1b visa. She made several errors in the visa and LCA application, and pad the fees wrong. The USCIS sent a long RFE about all t...he things that are missing, and suggested to pay some other fee(ACWIA) . She told us that the fee we paid was correct and need not pay as suggested in the RFE. She did a horrible job of writing rebuttal of the RFE and told us we do not have to pay the fee USCIS suggested. As a result of that, I got my visa rejected and I was out of status. I had to vacate my apartment and move back to my home country with family. This person screwed six months of my career because of her incompetency. She caused our family a huge stressful times and a lot of money. After all the damage was done, she did not even apologize for the screw up. I wish good luck to everyone who hires her, because they need it a LOT.

Someone introduced Ms. Thompson to me, she is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable, she fought all the way for me. She treated me and my husband as her family, she kept us informed, send us copies of every documents. I visited many lawyers who will not even pick my phone after they collect the money.... Ms. Thompson is interested in fighting for you. she is lovely, trustworthy, reliable and above all caring. She is the best lawyer I have had.
