My LLC is in florida; i want to open a 2nd office in Delaware. Will the LLC have to pay Delaware 6% income tax or 8% corp tax?

If you create a nexus with a state you will need to pay that state's taxes. Having a location in a state generally creates that nexus.

Most likely you would since this would create a nexus in Delaware. You may also need to register in DE as a foreign corporation.
