*Late to all appointments or doesn’t show up at all. *Lost the CD of all of our files and personal documents. *Passed our case off to a total of five other people (3 quit the firm altogether in the middle of our case), each of which needed re-explanations of who we were and the details of our cas...e every time we were able to reach him or her. None of them were in possession of our complete file at any one time. *Sent us down the wrong legal path for two years wasting time with USCIS while they didn’t even have jurisdiction over our case. *Cost us thousands of extra dollars due to their mistakes. *Paralegal handled much of our case, along with others who weren’t informed, equipped, or qualified to handle an immigration case. *Ignoring ALL forms of communication from us about our case (calls, texts, emails) *Did not fulfill our contract.
