mediation

During mediation, this lawyer was very focused on a "successful" outcome, which is good. However, she did not pay attention to details of the case, and her method of reaching resolution was to berate and sometimes bully me as a client, so that would concede things I was not comfortable with. While I... am glad the situation is closed, I feel that the lawyer's approach was neither collaborative nor positive. Also, her rate is very expensive, given that she was not fully engaged in the process.
