Jennifer Marie Jurney

Jennifer Jurney is an Attorney at Grossman Law, LLC.   Ms. Jurney represents individuals before U.S. Immigration Courts, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and Customs and Border Protection.  Ms. Jurney devotes her practice to defending individuals in removal proceedings, and representing individuals in asylum matters, U visa petitions, petitions under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), family-based visa petitions, naturalization applications,  requests for prosecutorial discretion (including DACA, DAPA, administrative closure, and stays of removal), and nonimmigrant visa waivers, among numerous other matters. 

Prior to joining Grossman Law in 2015, Ms. Jurney worked at CASA de Maryland, an immigration advocacy non-profit organization in the Washington DC area, where she was the lead immigration attorney handling a varied case-load including visas for victims of criminal activity, DACA, naturalization, and adjustment of status. Prior to joining CASA, Ms. Jurney worked at Ayuda as a post-graduate law fellow. Ms. Jurney is a graduate of The University of Miami School of Law and The University of Florida. Ms. Jurney is fluent in Spanish.
