I had a horrible situation with a disbarred attorney who had represented me in some cases that had to be nonsuited. The attorney didn't tell me he'd been disbarred, he kept practicing. So, when I had the cases nonsuited by a new attorney, we were able to represent to the court that we had settled mat...ters with all of our experts and consultants. Well that disbarred attorney lied to me about firing some medical experts, who later sued me and have tried to force me at great cost to violate a federal protective order through manipulating the arbitration process. A friend of mine knew of Eric and referred me. Eric has defended me, and my special needs daughter's trust, against this attack. Eric represented us in the Arbitration dispute and additional filings. It's been a stressful experience but during it all, Eric has been fair, professional, communicative, hard working, diligent, he was outstanding in arbitration - finding that these so called experts have lost their medical licenses in pretty much every state - and doing his best to give us fair and appropriate legal advice and representation.
