I work with U.S. and international clients to design and implement a tax efficient estate plan to pass business and other assets to intended beneficiaries under the terms and conditions the clients desire. My clients include married couples with young children, individuals with children from different marriages, single individuals, business owners, individuals who are not U.S. citizens or who have foreign business or personal assets.

I assist executors and trustees in the administration of estates and trusts by preparing probate papers, state and federal estate tax returns, I counsel clients regarding creating, funding and administering testamentary trusts and making various tax and post-mortem administration elections. We guide families through the entire process.

I prepare all trusts needed to implement an estate plan, including revocable trusts and a full range of tax saving irrevocable trusts, paying careful attention to the selection of trustees and trust protectors, the purposes for which trust assets may be used, and the need for flexibility in irrevocable trusts.

Reducing gift, estate and generation skipping transfer taxes allows individuals to transmit additional wealth to future generations when combined effectively with business succession planning, asset protection and careful consideration of family dynamics. Ever changing tax laws, however, require periodic review of existing estate plans.
