As the founder of the Maddox Firm, Natalie has developed an effective family and personal injury law practice that combines her passion for resolving disputes with effective negotiation skills and advocacy.
While Natalie believes that negotiation provides the most cost-effective, and often, most favorable route to reaching a settlement, she recognizes that litigation can be a necessary tool for reaching her clients’ goals. In cases where court action is necessary, Natalie is a fearless advocate with experience negotiating settlements and resolving matters involving contentious custody agreements, separation agreements, divorce, the division of marital property, and personal injury. She has extensive experience helping clients put their lives back together after suffering injuries in preventable accidents, and has been successful in recovering maximum settlments and compensation for her clients.
Natalie is a member of the Maryland Bar Association and American Bar Association. She earned a J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2012; M.A. from Carnegie Mellon University in 2008; and B.A. from Wellesley College in 2006. She is admitted to the Maryland Bar.
