Biography
Amanda Odorimah is a strategic, data-driven, client-centered attorney who is an advocate for the clients that she represents. Amanda received her Bachelor of Arts degree in criminology and criminal justice from the University of Maryland at College Park (Go Terps!!) and went on to receive her Master of Education degree from the University of Maryland University College. She graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law with a concentration in family law. The Maryland chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) awarded her with the Cheryl Lynn Hepfer Family Law Award for her dedication to the area of family law throughout law school. As a Rule 19 attorney, she also represented clients in child custody and domestic violence matters during law school. After graduating from law school, Amanda clerked for the Honorable Cathy H. Serrette in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, where she had exposure to a myriad of family law issues. After completing her clerkship, Amanda joined a small law firm in Upper Marlboro, MD and is now a member of the family law practice division of Hearns Law Group.
Amanda is admitted to practice law in Washington, DC and the State of Maryland. Her client-centered approach to the practice of law allows her to focus on keeping her client’s legal and non-legal goals at the forefront of her mind when developing strategies for cases.
Amanda resides in Prince George’s County where she is an active member of the community.
