Maybe he forgot?
I hired Ed O'conner for 2 different protection order cases (at $1500 a pop). The first one was dismissed by the judge as it was clearly ridiculous and the judge had some common sense. The second one, however, became one of the worst things that happened to me party due to the incompetence of this law...
