Steven Brian Mudd

Steven Mudd provides strategic legal counsel to individuals and businesses in business law, estate planning and administration, and real estate. He is known for pairing practical guidance with a strong commitment to service, including leading estate planning seminars at churches and earning recognition for pro bono work through legal clinics.

He approaches each matter with the understanding that legal decisions often affect both financial and personal priorities. By taking time to understand a client’s goals and background, Steven delivers solutions that are thoughtful, effective, and aligned with long-term objectives.

With experience in both transactional work and litigation, Steven offers a well-rounded perspective. He has served as general counsel to several small businesses, advising on corporate structure and reorganizations, commercial sales and leasing, contract negotiations, employment matters, landlord-tenant relations, corporate dissolution, and tax-exempt formation and compliance.

He also serves as a court-appointed attorney ad litem, representing individuals with diminished capacity and ensuring their interests are protected.
