Michael Daniel Reiter

Michael D. Reiter was inspired by his father, also a lawyer, to pursue a legal career. He passionately fights for underdogs against large corporations, protecting clients’ rights and making communities safer. He has frequently represented clients with life-changing injuries not caused by their own fault, and he offers them support during difficult times.

Mike fights for his clients and their families in areas of the law such as premises liability, serious motor vehicle crashes, trucking collisions, nursing home neglect, and construction injuries.

When he’s not fighting for his clients’ rights, Mike loves spending time with his wife and two young sons, traveling, and hanging out with friends. He also enjoys watching and discussing sports, and coaches his boys’ recreational basketball teams.

• $225,000 Premises Liability Settlement: In October 2014, Mike Reiter represented a client injured due to negligence at their apartment complex. The client was hurt by broken glass hidden in a bush, which caused nerve damage and required surgery. The case settled for $225,000 after the insurance changed its stance during litigation.
• $200,000 for Car Accident Injury: Mike Reiter represented a client injured when another driver rear-ended her vehicle, causing pain and injuries to her neck, back, and shoulders. After initially refusing to offer a settlement and requiring litigation, Geico eventually agreed to settle the case for $200,000.
