Given the likely cost of a lawyer, it probably isn't cost-effective. *Can* you negotiate a settlement? Maybe.

Because of your previous Chapter 7, the foreclosure will not appear on the tradeline. All it can show is "Included in Bankruptcy" with a $0 balance.
