Can a non confirmed Chapter 13 filing be converted to a "Debt Buster" if plan is is deamed unfeasible by Trustee.

I have never head of anything called a "debt buster"--there's only one kind of Chapter 13. I recommend discussing this issue with your bankruptcy...

You can keep driving it until they take it. You can drive it to a branch of the lender and drop it off (make sure you get a receipt for the keys)....

There is no obligation to reaffirm mortgage debt in bankruptcy. So long as payments are kept current, they can't do anything.
