Your chances are very small, regardless of the merits of your case, without having a lawyer represent you.

If a client files a bar complaint, virtually all attorneys would file a motion to withdraw from representation.

It's impossible to determine whether this loan was discharged without a review of the loan documents. Take them to your bankruptcy attorney.
