It depends on why the additional money was added. Interest, late fees, collection costs, etc. can all pump up the amount due.
Assuming you did not reaffirm the car loan, you are not liable for a discharged debt even if the lender doesn't come and get the car.
You would need to domesticate, or enroll, the Missouri judgment in Texas, and then execute on it in Texas. You'll probably need a Texas collection...
