It sounds as if you were sued and had a judgment entered against you. You need to see a bankruptcy attorney *immediately* to try to stop things.

My debt was ordered discharged by the judge . I have to cash out my 401k. Is this money mine or will I have to turn it over ?

Assuming your case was also closed and the 401(k) was exempted on your schedules, it is likely to be fine. Check with your bankruptcy attorney...
