Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism from Doug Quzack. I reached out regarding civil rights pertaining to US DOL WIOA Violations, but the communication was inconsistent and deadlines were repeatedly missed. When I attempted to resolve the issue, I was met with [vague excuses/no res...ponse]. For someone at this level, I expected much better accountability. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you value your time and clear communication. I had Doug use Upwork.com which protects you from Consultants who try to scam or dont have the expertise they claim. Doug didnt submit one document to Upwork and try to bill for 7K on 40 Hours that were never Authorized on Upwork. He emailed a case review and refused to upload his work on Upwork.com
