Brian W. Schoeneman is the political and legislative director for the Seafarers International Union of North America, the nation's largest maritime labor union. He also serves as Secretary of the Fairfax County Electoral Board.

In his community, he is Vice President of the Wescott Ridge HOA and serves on the Fairfax County Economic Advisory Commission. He ran for VA House of Delegates in 2011. He is a member of the Fairfax County Republican Committee, a former FCRC Communications Director and General Counsel.
