Mr. Fisher was the founder of BP Fisher Law Group, LLP, where he now serves as Executive Vice President. The firm has primary offices in National Harbor, Maryland and Irvine, California. Mr. Fisher is the foreclosure and bankruptcy attorney for several national and local mortgage loan servicers and banks for their loan servicing portfolios in the District of Columbia and in Maryland, regarding both residential and commercial transactions.
Mr. Fisher’s appellate practice includes successful arguments to the Maryland Court of Appeals in foreclosure matters, mechanic’s liens and constitutional law.
Mr. Fisher is a frequent speaker, writer and presenter regarding foreclosure matters to national and local audiences. He serves as a consultant to the Standing Committee of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Maryland Court of Appeals. Mr. Fisher has effectively advocated industry positions to the Maryland General Assembly and has recently made presentations to the Maryland State Conference of Circuit Court Judges and to the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Maryland.
