I have been dealing with the aftermath of an ugly divorce with a former spouse that results in court proceedings every 6 months to a year for the past 10 years (and counting). I have literally met with hundreds of lawyers over these years and most consults ended with a request for a $5k retainer befo...re thinking about helping me…only to find they do a poor and lazy job. (Fast forward to 2022) Feeling depleted and defeated, I consult with Attorney Allen doing my best to summarize my extensive custody and child support battle with the opposing party. When I tell you that she came up with a simple and direct strategic plan of how to resolve these matters before my consult was over, I mean it! I was even advised by a previous attorney that I would need to retain a forensic accountant to get to the bottom of some fraudulent dealings my ex was involved in and it would cost at least $15,000. I told Attorney Allen if it was necessary and she told me it was not. I was so happy that after my journey of searching for a genuine, competent, professional, trustworthy and straightforward lawyer, I finally found one. I’ve never seen someone that can analyze Family Law in such a way that takes the “feelings” out of the issues, yet, still considers your feelings and shows they care. A person who can effectively strategize and represent their client, yet, doesn’t charge you the price of a new car to do it. After 10 years of litigation and nearly 300 docket entries later, I can say that Attorney Allen has been the first and only lawyer that makes me feel like there’s an end in sight to the chaos and stress my former spouse has caused. I can’t thank Attorney Allen enough. She is a wonderful person and a godsend of an Attorney. If you need efficient and effective legal help, do yourself a favor and give her a call, ASAP.
