We had the pleasure of working with Mr. V. Rodriguez and his assistant Ruth Palacios on our same-sex marriage green card application. He summited the application to USCIS on August 16, 2013, and after three months, we had the interview. Ms. Palacio provided Spanish language interpretation services an...d Mr. V.Rodriguez attended also. We thought the process was going to be long, complicated and tedious, but Mr. V.Rodriguez made it all make sense.
