My experience with Mr. Gunther was the worst experience I could ever encountered with an attorney. I am a senior and never had any experience with an attorney before. Unfortunately, I was forced to file bankruptcy due to a failed business which I owned with my son for 19 years. I was just recoveri...ng from COVID after being in ICU for nearly 2 months when I met with Mr. Gunther. He was rude and very impatient with me. He became irritated and raised his voice whenever I didn't understand or asked a question. I was still suffering from brain fog, depression and anxiety. He was totally impatient. After filing bankruptcy, I still ended up owing monies that I should not have. It appeared he was more on the side of the Trustee than myself as his client that he was supposed to represent. I realized too late that I had chosen the wrong attorney, but we were running out of time, and decided to continue with his service. Would I recommend him, absolutely NOT. I retained his service and paid by phone, thinking I was speaking to an attorney that I had spoken with some years earlier with a similar name.

I consulted with this attorney about my situation. My main goal was to find out the cost of his services. He was very rude when I told him I found a service that was less expensive. He told me "Good luck with your cheaper attorney in a very condensing way and hung up." I think it is important for peo...ple to know what kind of attitude this man has. He is not professional.
