Suspended license

Did a fantastic job getting the Prosecutor to understand my situation and that it was being worked, but the State would not issue a new license or unsuspend the current one until back tax issues are resolved.

I read phenomenal reviews about Hammad and hired him based on sheer faith and others' exultations pertaining to his competence, energy, and passionate desire to win for his client. Bottom line: They were right. My case involved a DUI with various additional charges. Hammad was able to convince the p...rosecutor and judge to amend my case to a PBJ Reckless Driving. Since a PBJ is not a conviction, I confirmed with MVA that this judgement results in zero points. Moreover, the judge dropped the rest of my charges. My fine was a mere $150 and thus this entire incident (less than $350 fine) is non reportable from my US GOV contractor employer to US GOV security officials. My company was obviously elated to hear the news and I can work to expunge the PBJ within 3 years. Finally, as I left the court, I talked to one of the older security officials downstairs. I said,"that Hammad is really good." He said he had been working there for years and said back---he's really really good." Trust the people who know best!!

Law Office of Hammad Matin

Mr. Matin and his firm are great people. He fought for my case and never let me down. When I thought things were going south in Trial, he quickly turned things around and 14 jurors ruled a Not Guilty Verdict for my charges. Greatful for Hammad Verdit___Not Guilty

Wow! I'm Forever Grateful To A To a Lawyer I was Introduce to, Due to My Son A Man that had a lot to loose being charged with A CRIME HE DID NOT COMMENT in Charles County Maryland where All men of Color are looked at as 2nd class citizen's and Guilty before judgment day....I walked in to his offi...cer last year in 3/30/14 begging him to help my son. He Made no Promise except to fight for him. He did and MY son walked out of that Court room with his life back and VERDICT OF NO GULTY...IF YOU WANT A TRUSTWORLY LAWYER WHO WILL FIGHT AND MAKE NO FALSE PROMSES. Best lawyer in Charles County

Hammad promised me one thing when I walked into his office, that every charge (15) would be thrown out of the window. Through the numerous plea bargains I was offered, and a year of court cases Hammad stood strong by his word. He's not one of the lawyers who works for the govt as a representative of ...you but he works for you and your well being against a government. He isn't the lawyer to avoid the challenge and take a plea bargain. As he prepared his case we consulted and went through things together keeping our line of communication open as if I was a lawyer to. The approach he took to the situation was something I did not expect. He's a person first and a lawyer second and that's what I think makes him great from the first day you walk through the door until you receive your not guilty verdict. My case was unique because the prosecutor and judge were working together against me. I did not wish to continue but Hammad being confident in his ability wished to move forward. My confident was in him to so we went forward and a hour after the closing statements we received 15 not guilty verdicts. The best decision I could make and you could make is putting your life in the hands of Hammad matin. I would like to say thank you again to Mr Hammad matin for the great work you do and will continue to do for our community.
