Unprofessional and just plain rude!
Explained my situation to her. She basically told me there was nothing I can do which is complete bs because I have already filed and began the process. I’m just looking for representation at this point. She’s unaware for lack of a better word. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!

Replied last November 01, 2023When contacted, I provide a half hour no charge consultation so I can evaluate the legal issues and needs of the person who contacts me. I provide advice based on the law which is not necessarily what a person wants to hear. No matter how I tried to explain to this person her legal options based on the law, this individual could not/would not understand the limitations of her case based on what the law provides. When I realized I would be unable to meet her expectations, which were unrealistic, I suggested she seek the avice by a different attorney. I have no ill will towards this individual and tried to be professional at all times. Unfortunately she felt the need to write a bad evaluation of my free service.
