Jose A. Figueroa Jr.

Jose earned his J.D. from Penn State Dickinson School of Law, where he was a published blogger for the Journal of Law and International Affairs, Treasurer of the Latino Law Student Association, President of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society, and clinical student of Penn State Law’s Center for Immigrants’ Rights.

Additionally, Jose has worked as a legal clerk with the Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration and the Department of Justice’s Office of Justice for Victims of Overseas Terrorism. Jose earned his B.S., cum laude, in Communication with a concentration in Journalism and Citizen Media from Kennesaw State University.

Jose currently works as an associate attorney for the National Nuclear Security Administration in the areas of International Law, Nuclear Nonproliferation, Government, and Administrative Law.
