Roger I Cohen

Co-head of the structured finance practice group within the Office of the General Counsel at Ex-Im Bank.  This practice group provides all legal services to both the Bank's Structured Finance Division (for origination matters) and its Asset Management Division (for all post-completion work of structured financings, including portfolio management, restructuring and dispute resolution).  Responsibilities include management of group attorneys and support staff, coordination of outside counsel retention, serving on internal Bank committees, support for the General Counsel with respect to policy and program issues and other tasks as requested, and serving as acting Deputy General Counsel in his absence or as acting General Counsel in her and her deputy's absence.  Also continue to serve as a transaction attorney with respect to limited recourse project financings.
