Set aside a default judgment. Then, in a 6 week jury trial, with 1100 jury issues, defended Lender against DTPA and fraud claims, which resulted in a take nothing judgment against the Borrower's claim ... s, judgment on the notes for lender, and findings of bad faith, harassment and groundless against the Borrower. Affirmed on Motion for Rehearing. Then, Judge Sidney Fitzwater, 298th Dist. Ct., now U. S. District Judge, N. D. Tx.
