We hired Katherine to prepare legal paperwork for a Trust and several other updates to existing documents. She was able to give us sound legal advice, as well as prepare all the forms, and walk us through (patiently!) the options and ramifications of the decisions/choices we needed to make. Finally,... she advised us on the next steps and made sure we felt comfortable with the remaining steps after we completed our work her.

When I was in need of drafting a will (Estate Planning), I was recommended to use the firm where Katherine David is employed. As I explained to her, and her fellow attorney, that I was interested in having my will combined with a trust, it became clearly evident to me that Katherine was fully listen...ing to my concerns and thoughts. She asked very pertinent questions, while also responding to my questions with clear and concise answers. She was well-versed in how to make it all work to my satisfaction, and she able to explain it to me, a non-lawyer, in terms that any layman can understand. And not once did I feel as if she was talking down to me, but rather that she was explaining it to me the way a favorite teacher would. On top of all that, once we got to the actual drafting of the will, Katherine was very timely in getting the draft, and final, versions of the will and trust to me. She, along with her fellow lawyer and the office as a whole, always beat the general deadlines that we had all agreed upon. And once I got the documents, I (of course) had numerous questions for clarity, as I find that "legal-eez" can really confound me. She was always available to speak to me, and her re-explanations to me were always on-point, making me very confident in the whole process. Katherine David is an extremely patient, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and personable lawyer, and she remained so throughout the entire process. I highly recommend her - she is an excellent attorney.
