Brian C Altmiller

Brian Altmiller, a partner with Posz Law Group, has practiced as in-house counsel for multinational corporations and in private practice law firms. He is skilled in patent and trademark prosecution, licensing issues, portfolio management, and related issues.

His work experience has included time as an associate attorney at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, as well as in-house patent counsel for Samsung Electronics in the late 1990’s. He also served as sole intellectual property counsel for an ultrawide bandwidth startup company, XtremeSpectrum, where he managed all aspects of the company’s patent portfolio.

Mr. Altmiller’s technological expertise includes semiconductor devices and fabrication, satellite communication, motors, medical devices, telephone systems, automotive systems, wireless networking, and consumer electronics.
