Thomas A. Williams III has practiced U.S. Immigration and Naturalization law for over 25 years. His legal practice concentrates on all employment-based visas, including professional and international business visas. The firm has represented professionals, including those holding degrees in Information Technology, various fields of Engineering, Medicine & Biomedical Research, Pharmaceutics, International Business; as well as Post-doctoral Researchers and professionals in other disciplines of study. We have also represented officers and directors of numerous small to medium size international companies. Our clientele includes those from Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and South & North America. For more than 25 years Mr. Williams has handled U.S. Immigration & Naturalization cases, with a concentration on Professional Visas (H-1B, Specialty Occupations), Multinational Executives or Managers & Intra-company Transferees (L-1); Aliens of Extraordinary Ability; Outstanding Professors and Researchers; National Interest Waiver petitioners (Post-graduates); and Labor Certification/PERM applicants (Bachelors, Masters & Ph.D. degree holders and Skilled Workers). Mr. Williams is a graduate of the University of Virginia College of Arts and Sciences, and of the University of Richmond Law School. He has been practicing law and has been a member of the Virginia Bar since 1980. He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
