I am an experienced corporate, securities, and M&A attorney. I primarily represent emerging growth companies (private and public) and their investors in venture capital financings and other private and public offerings of equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions, buy-outs, strategic alliances and joint ventures, and other transactional matters. I also provide counsel on corporate governance, intellectual property, employment, general corporate, and other issues to my clients, their founders, managers, and the past decade, I have developed significant experience working with wireless and landline telecom, enterprise software, managed services, e-commerce, m-commerce, new media, print media, and healthcare services also have a particular interest in international transactions and have represented both U.S. and . entities and investors in connection with matters involving parties or assets located or operating in China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan), Japan, India, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
