We had a phone consultation with Miss Washington - on a Saturday - and we knew immediately she was the right attorney for us. Miss Washington was very professional and also very personal. We always felt she was in our corner and had our best interest in mind at all times. She was thorough and organ...ized, especially in the courtroom. The office of Mary Washington charged me a 1 hour consultation fee of $200, I accepted the charge for the consultation and paid such fee when requested which was immediately before taking down any information, I was then put on a brief hold and attorney Washington came over the phone speaking with m...e for 8 to 12 minutes giving me instructions on bringing the paperwork pertaining to the case for representation which I did ,copies were made of paperwork Originals were given back to me and then I was informed that attorney Washington would review my paper work and if I decided to hire her for representation there would be a upfront fee of $5,000.. can you please tell me what she did for the $200.. if it was to make copies I could have brought her copies of The Originals.. I sought out attorney Washington knowing that she is a Beast in the legalities of the Courts but after leaving attorney Washington's office I felt and still feel that nothing has been done for the fee that she charged me I did not need to chit chat with her for $200... in closing this review I still am going to give attorney Washington a rating of a 4 because she is the who you need to represent you but again what did she do for my $200

I hired Ms. Washington to assist me with changing my first and last names, and she helped even though I was stationed overseas. The overall cost and time to complete my case was exceptionally reasonable, and she was very sincere from start to finish. I have to add that her assistant, Carmen, is reall...y cool and professional as well. I definitely hit the jackpot when I contacted Ms. Washington :)

I have known Marie since high school, she hasn't changed a bit. She was even named by Fauquier Times as the Citizen of the Year for 2014. No doubt you can attribute that success to hard work, honesty, and a big heart. Fauquier Times article says it the best, "Everything she does, she does it because ...she’s just driven to help others." Her dedication to her work and to her customers makes her a great asset to many. I was glad to have her resolve my recent legal issue to recover some funds for my business. With all this in mind, I highly recommend Marie Washington to anyone that needs an awesome attorney on their side.
