Alyssa represented me in a messy Divorce where the ex pulled no punches and exhausted every effort to make it as long, dirty and painfull as possible. Throughout the divorce, Alyssa grounded me to what the issues were, instead of continually fighting over the false acusations made. Even though the ...Juvenile court is minimalistic on the fathers parental and visitation rights, my visitation was fought for by Alyssa and I recieved more than was typically given with such a confrontational spouse. After finalizing the divorce, Alyssa is still representing me in child support issues where the ex refuses to work. As we step through the child support court processes, Alyssa is guiding me through it with her knowledge of the courts and what is required to do to correctly set both our fiscal responsibilities for the children.
