Kate A. O'Konski

Kate joined Farrell & Croft in the Wills, Trusts and Estates section and practices in areas including estate planning, probate and estate administration, and litigation relating to contested wills, probate, and guardianship. She also litigates protective orders and drafts Qualified Domestic Relations Orders which divide marital pension and retirement accounts in the event of divorce.

Graduating from George Mason University School of Law in 2002, Kate came to Farrell & Croft, P.C. with extensive prior legal experience. She is passionate about the practice of law and believes that all should have access to competent and zealous representation in order to protect their assets, livelihood, and happiness. She is particularly dedicated to the assistance of the elderly and advocacy for victims of domestic abuse. She is a member of the Virginia Women Attorneys Association and the Prince William Bar Association, and is active in pro bono service to the community.

She plays the violin and has performed with several area ensembles, and she also volunteers with local arts organizations. In addition to playing the violin, she enjoys painting and writing as well as traveling and the study of languages.
